Over the course of the last several months, working with a fantastic team we were able to refine our initial proposal and WIN the ULI Hines Student Competition. Huge thanks to my fellow team members, Miles Payton, Mason Rathe, Chris Perkes and Kirsten Stray-Gundersen - without them this would not have been possible.
ULI Competition 2017
A New Year and a New Competition.
Working with a fantastic team of UT students we worked for a fast and furious two weeks to put together a proposal which aimed to restore Chicago's manufacturing roots. The brief was to create a master plan for the 10-year development of the old Fleet & Facility complex in a northern planned manufacturing district. Our proposal returned to a traditional emphasis of the Chicago economy and aimed to localize and consolidate food production into a new North Branch Provision District which would blend together agricultural manufacturing, education, and housing into a vibrant new community based around local produce.

Bridgescape Competition Winners
Working in collaboration with Max Neiswander of Blur Workshop we submitted the winning design for a competition to enhance and improve one of Midtown Atlanta's highway overpasses. The concept is now proceeding to a conceptual design phase in partnership with the Georgia DOT and Midtown Alliance to assess feasibility and implementation options. Learn more....
